We have a beautiful 6 berth 3 bedroom caravan with lots of extras in the van, double glazed, heating in all rooms, 40 inch Freeview TV in the front room and a 22in TV in main bedroom.
Coastfields Holiday Village Ingoldmells is a stunning park for your family holiday or just a break away, situated literally 2 minutes to all amenities on the park and across the road from the blue flag beach a stone’s throw from fantasy island the park offers a free land train that takes you to and from fantasy island if u don’t fancy the walk all entertainment passes are extra lots of availability’s so don’t miss out no smoking and pets welcome.

Owner Description
The caravan for rent is equipped with a 40-inch colour TV with Full Sky package, refrigerator, full size cooker and microwave, gas fire, central heating, pillows and duvets, Bedding can be available on request, cutlery and crockery and a toilet and large shower. Parking is available next to your holiday home.
There are three bedrooms, one double and two twins each with fitted Wardrobes. All bedrooms have central heating fitted.
You will need to bring your own towels, Smoking is not permitted in our caravan.
We are in the middle of sea lane, which is a very short walk to fantasy Island and the 7 day east gate Market, 5 minutes walk will take you to the beach.
Pubs/clubs, restaurant, takeaways, fish chip shops are a few minutes walk of the park entrance.
A short car journey will take you to Skegness, in opposite direction is chapel St Leonards.
Coastfields Holiday Park has a indoor swimming pool and large club house with entertainment for the children every night then later for the adults as well as a launderette and small supermarket, A Chinese take away and Children’s playground all of which are only a few minutes’ walk of the caravan.
As well as a variety of other attractions within walking distance.

Booking terms
Strictly NO SMOKING in the caravan or the security Bond will be lost.
The Caravan must be left in a Tidy condition with no Damage or security Bond will be lost.
Any Damages you find must be reported within 24 Hours of arrival.
Payment & cancellation terms
Below are the payment and cancellation terms which apply to all bookings made through the ukcaravanrentals online booking and payment platform.
Payment terms
The payment type applicable at the point of booking depends on how many days it is until the start date of the holiday.

Full balance
For bookings accepted by the owner, where only the deposit amount has been paid, then the guest must ensure the full balance is paid between 56 and 42 days before the holiday is due to commence. Failure to make payment within this time frame will give the owner the right to cancel the booking and keep the deposit. We use these time frames to ensure Payment Protection can be offered to guests on all bookings made via the booking platform.
Please be aware any booking where the balance payment has not been paid within 5 days of the scheduled start date of the holiday will be automatically cancelled. The guest will forfeit the deposit they have paid and the owner will be permitted to keep it.
Cancellation terms
These cancellation terms apply to bookings which have been accepted by the owner and subsequently cancelled by either party before the start date of the holiday. For clarification purposes any money paid by the guest as a security bond will always be refunded to the guest in full in the event of a cancellation by either party and is not included in the cancellation calculations below.
